Refund Policy

Refunds within 3 days of receiving the product will be accepted by issuing a 100% credit note deducting the handling charges. 


  • The refund should be initiated through our website only.
  • The refund policy will be accepted only if the return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product and is shipped back to us within 3 days after raising the request.
  • Refund will only be accepted if the product is resealed and placed in its original packaging before it is handed over to the pickup agent. 
  • Refund will be issued only as a store credit note that can be redeemed in full within 90 days from the date of issue.
  • The store credit will be in the form of a coupon code that can be applied before your next purchase to avail of the discount. The coupon code will be sent via the email mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • The coupon code must be redeemed in full in a single purchase only.
  • The return of the product will only be accepted with its product certificate and invoice. If either of them is not presented, it will result in a deduction of some amount depending on the product.
  • The product must be returned with its tag intact, without which the refund could be rejected or subjected to different conditions.
  • This refund policy does not apply to customized ornaments, gemstones, and gift cards/gift vouchers.
  • This refund policy will be applicable only based on our quality inspection. If the product is found to have been worn or tampered with, there will be further deductions in the refund amount subject to the discretion of the management.

    Steps to be followed to pack your return order:

  • Please ensure that the item is present inside the same box/boxes received by you.
  • Cover the box with a sheet of newspaper to shield it from being visible.
  • Pack the box with the newspaper covering using brown tape, thereby preventing it from being tampered.
  • Paste the ‘To’ and ‘From’ address stickers on the package. Note: write your address on the ‘From’ sticker that was provided.
  • Place the taped box inside the packet that will be provided to you by the pickup agent.
